The wellbeing of our clients, leisure members and staff continues to remain our highest priority. We have increased the frequency of our cleaning regimes and we are sharing regular updates with our teams to ensure all necessary actions are taken. We're monitoring the situation closely and have measures in place to ensure we can act quickly should the situation change.
We'll continue to follow the guidelines provided by the Government and supporting health bodies, and I encourage all of our clients to do the same. Given the nature of the services we offer here at the Spa, I would politely ask that all clients review the recommendations and rearrange your booking should you feel you may be affected.

Please note that face masks must be worn in all public areas around the resort the only exception is in areas where you are consuming food and beverage or a spa treatment in a treatment room or swimming.
Please note that once you have booked your spa day the day is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation.
Treatment bookings require 48 hour cancellation
The Belfry reserved the right to amend your treatment times and we will contact you as soon as possible if this should be necessary.
Please inform us of any allergies, injuries or any medical concerns of which the spa should be aware prior to your arrival, Some treatments that we offer are not suitable for guests with certain medical conditions (please see our brochure for full details)
Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility, we request that you respect all spa guests’ rights to privacy and serenity, in light of this, the spa is a mobile free zone. Please arrive 30 minutes before your issued package start time to allow time for the arrival process.
Over 16’s Policy
Please note that we do not offer any treatment to anyone under the age of 16, due to the nature of relaxation the spa is a child free zone we request that you respect all spa guests’ rights to privacy and serenity, Our Leisure Club does have set timings for Children and & they cannot be left unattended at any time.
Please note your Afternoon Tea will be served in the Leisure Café/ Rocca’s we have reserved the table for you for one and a half hours, You are welcome to dine in your robes and slippers if preferred. If you haven’t already please advise us on any dietary requirements 24hrs before your booking. Please ensure you arrive on time for your afternoon tea, as we cannot guarantee your table if you are late.
For spa days you will be provided with a detailed itinerary, robe and towel upon arrival. Please bring your own suitable footwear. Slippers are available to purchase at 2.50 per pair. An additional charge for any robes and towels required throughout your spa day can be hired at £5 for a robe and £3 for a towel.
